Artwork information Stickers with contour cutting, free format
- Contour cutting:
- for an optional contour cutting, the artwork must contain an additional cutting outline
- create contour in a vector program on the finished layout
- contour must be a closed vector path
- create the cutting contour as spot colour
- name the spot colour “CutContour”
- layout including contour (as path/curve) in PDF format, no JPG or TIF files
- Important: Starting from the specified format, a 2 mm bleed must be applied all round, important information with at least 4 mm distance to the final format
- Special requirements for creating the artwork:
- Please observe the following for transparent stickers/films:
- the lighter the print colour, the more transparent does the film seem
- the motif is printed right-reading (self-adhesive side on the reverse of the motif)
- if a motif is applied to the inside of a window to be seen from the outside, the print files must be created as mirror image
- Please note that, for production-related reasons, no further contour cutting can be created within the existing contour cutting.
- for options with white print a spot colour for white needs to be set up
- for white print there are specific requirements for the artwork
- Please observe the following for transparent stickers/films:
- Resolution: 300 dpi
- Fonts must be completely imbedded or converted to curves
- colour mode: CMYK, FOGRA51 (PSO coated v3) for coated paper, FOGRA52 (PSO uncoated v3 FOGRA52) for uncoated paper
- We will not check for spelling and/or typographical errors
- We will not check for overprint settings
- Comments will be deleted and not printed
- Form field content will be printed

- Outdoor stickers: (suitable for outdoor usage)
- waterproof 90 µm polypropylene film, glossy print with UV-cured inks
- 90 µm PP clear: for production-related reasons, the carrier material cannot be slit. Due to this, it can be more difficult to detach the carrier material of the stickers.
- 90 µm PP white: back side pre-cut
